Some Structures Removed From the Country Club Property

Demolition crews are finishing their work of demolishing four structures on the property once owned by the Gettysburg Country Club. The National Park Service is beginning to restore the site to its 1863 appearance. Earlier this year, when one walked down to Willoughby Run along the path from the monument to the 7th Wisconsin Infantry Regiment in McPherson's Woods, a white strucutre was visible on property that once belonged to the Gettysburg Country Club.
